From Sinnoh to Kanto, his adventures with his pokemon had brought him closer to them as well as allowed him to feel a sense of enjoyment in his life that he knew he wouldn’t have if he never had gone on his journey. That thought alone made Wally smile as he set foot inside Meteor Falls. This place was such a wonder to Wally and he was curious as to how it originated. The pokemon Lunatone and Solrock also made their homes here and the pokemon were such a peculiarity to him. He had hoped to find some here and hence decided to venture into Meteor Falls. It had been some time since he had been in Hoenn. His insatiable thirst to travel had leaded him away from his home region and Gon had made it easy for him to travel all around Pokearth. While he did miss his home, a part of him didn’t want to go back. His parents probably would try to convince him to stay at home and not travel. That wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. Once inside Meteor Falls, Wally took some time to take in his surroundings, looking in awe at the cavern that he found himself in. The waterfall was stunning to say the least and the place had this air of mystery that captivated him. He sent out Leon as he wanted his partner to see this beauty. ”Isn’t this place amazing Leon?” Wally asked his Kecleon, the pokemon nodding its head in approval as it looked around Meteor Falls.[/style] [style=font-size: 10px; text-align: center;]TEMPLATE BY SAMARECARM OF OTE + BTN[/style]

Back to the old ball and chain was a popular phrase that could easily be used to describe the situation one particular female was in at that very moment. Well, of course, with a few changes. She would never, ever dream of calling her home region of Hoenn a ball and change because she held it to near and dear in her heart. It was still an inconviniece, though, having to back track and return to the region, no matter how much she loved being home. This in itself can bring up quite a few questions, however, can it not? Who was this peculiar woman from Hoenn? Why was she there in said region? Why was it an inconvenience and why was she so far away from her place of birth? Well, slow down, eager beaver! One question at a time. But we'll get to the question and answer section later. Right now, let's focus on something else.
A brunette - female; what a coincidence - stood before the glory that was Meteor Falls. Ah, Hoenn. Only a place like that region could harbor such a masterpeice as this particular cave. Sapphire, the young woman standing before it at that moment, had only been there once, maybe twice in her entire life. She'd hoped, believed that the next time she saw it, it would be on her own terms and as sort of a... friendly visit, so to speak. That was, however, simply not the case at that point in time. Oh, no, she was there for an entirely different reason and, boy, she was not pleased. Of course, when you're nothing more than a lowly grunt assigned to go stir up trouble in a place that was so nostalgic it made you want to stand up and dance, of course things weren't going to be so fine and dandy. And - you guessed it! - she was in that very same position. This, as one could assume, brought some conflicting feelings onto her.
More questions. Did she go inside of the cave? If yes, she would carry out her mission - what was it exactly? Bah, she couldn't bring herself to remember. She'd wait until she actually needed to carry it out before really straining herself to get it done. - leave the memorable place more chaotic than it was before, even if only by a little, be on her merry way, and be one step closer to saving her poor, poor father. However, no matter how much she loved the old professor, there was a part of her that just couldn't wrap her mind around the thought of ruining, if only in the slightest, a place tha tshe held slightly near to her heart. But she had to. But she didn't want to. A mental tug-of-war was going on inside of her cranium and, without really thinking, her feet carried her into said cave, her mind still not sure whether it was to wreck havoc or to simply observe just another one of nature's marvels. And, though she hated to admit it, the Dex Holder-gone-Knight of Arceus couldn't help but wish that her partner-in-crime, Ruby, were here to help her straighten things out.
How the brunette hated not knowing what to do.
But the universe didn't seem to hate her as much as usual at that particular moment. Just on the brisk of tearing her hair out from irritation, her indecisiveness bothering her to no extent, a somewhat familiar voice called out from not that much deeper in the cave. Or, at least, it sounded familiar. The other echoes, each resounded and bouncing off the cave walls only made it that much harder to guess who it could have possibly been. "Isn't this place amazing, Leon?" Leon. Leon? Had a vaguely familiar right to it. Was it someone she knew? Angry that she was without an answer to yet another question, she began headed in the direction of the noise. It didn't take long at all, really, to nearly run head first into a green-haired trainer who she knew all to well. Mouth wide, a comical mixture of shock and anger that she had to bump into, not only someone she knew, but a friend of Ruby's splattered across her face, she said in greeting, "Wally! Is that you? What are ya' doin' here? If I were you, I'd be gettin' out of here as soon as I could!" And why would he have to turn tail and run? Because, if she truly was going to carry out her orders, she wouldn't want this boy to be her witness.

He had become so lost the beauty that he almost forgot that anyone else was there. However, the sound of Sapphire’s voice caused him to turn to her location, smiling happily and waving at her. ”Hey there Sapphire!” Wally greeted happily, before realizing what she actually had to say. Her words confused him and he titled his head in mild confusion, a bit perplexed by Sapphire’s actions. He knew her, as a friend of Ruby’s and her vivacious attitude was something that Wally really liked. However, Sapphire was acting weirdly. ”Is something the matter? Why do you want me to run away?” Wally asked her in a baffled tone, Leon sporting the same look on his face as he listened to Sapphire’s words. Surely she didn’t think that Wally couldn’t protect himself. That would just be silly. Then again, there had been talks of a new group of Pokemon terrorists arising. They apparently caused the recent storms and destruction of towns and that prospect worried Wally. He knew they were wrong and he intended to fight against them if they did arise. However, he heard nothing more about them. Would he be able to beat them? Probably. His journeys made him stronger. He was stronger. ”Sapphire, are you worried about me not being able to defend myself? I can assure you that I am more than capable of defending myself. Thanks for the warning, but don’t worry about me.” Wally told Sapphire, oblivious to her actual reasons for being there. It was then Wally remembered he didn’t even know why she was there. ”Hey Sapphire, why are you even here? Is something wrong?” Wally asked Sapphire, walking towards her with a worried look on his face. [/style] [style=font-size: 10px; text-align: center;]TEMPLATE BY SAMARECARM OF OTE + BTN[/style]
