[atrb=valign, top] SEVENTEEN MALE KNIGHT OF ARCEUS BISEXUAL NEUTRAL EVIL | [atrb=valign, top][atrb=style, border-left:1px solid #515151;] PERSONALITY [+] confident [+] optimistic [+] friendly [+] open-minded [+] expressive [+] spunky [+] good-natured [+] alert & active [+] loquacious [+] observant [-] lying [-] selfish [-] shallow & vain [-] deceitful [-] careless & forgetful [-] rude & insensitive [-] lazy & lethargic [-] no sense of boundaries [-] crude & vulgar [-] impatient HISTORY (this will be told 2nd person, for no particular reason, though it can be changed to 3rd if you want) Newborn: Fresh out the womb, and you know next to nothing, but what you do know is that everything is different. Very different, extremely different. And you don't like it one bit. High pitch screams are the first things that come out of your mouth. The nurses attend to you, trying to calm you, but nothing does it. You know what's wrong though, your eyes hurt. Too bright, too colourful, too different. You keep screaming until one of the nurses accidentally turn off the lights in the room. You go silent and start making happy noises. No one knows why, and no one bothers to wonder. They just leave the lights off and continue with their day. Three Years: It's been three years since you were born, and nothing about your screams has changed. Your sister has learned that if she keeps the lights off, it'll keep you from screaming and breaking down. Your brother, however, has learned that you have a fear of colours or chromophobia as the scientific name is. He's in doctor school and watched the symptoms from day one. He's tried to get you over your fear but you refuse to give in. He gives in and one day, he comes home with the darkest pair of sunglasses anyone in your family has ever seen. You wear your new accessories around the house proudly. Nine Years: Your first Pokémon is given to you by your sister, who happens to be a breeder and ended up with on extra egg. You keep the egg around you at all times, the shades are still on your face. They're a different pair from when you were three because you grew out of those. Your parents found out about your phobia and pitched in to get you a pair of sunglasses when you outgrew your old ones. You can't help but feel greatful. After a few weeks of caring for the egg, it hatches. It's a little purple-blue snake, thing. Your sister tells you it's a Dratini, not a common Pokémon in Unova. She's named Justice for no particular reason. Ten Years: Your parents die before your twelveth birthday, so you really aren't twelve. It's still a milestone in your life though, a bad one. Your brother is out of school, he was out a long time ago and he's now watching you and your sister. Your sister is rarely around, so you decide you should go out and about more often as well. By accident, you find a place that teaches martial arts. You sign yourself up and fake your brother's signature. He doesn't need to know anything, and it's free. Twelve Years: You get into your first fight. It's nothing serious, but you go home with several bruises and scratches. Your brother examines you and says you even have a cracked rib. You're taken to the hospital and you're there for a month under the watchful eye of your brother. All the other doctors are ready to release you when the month is up, your brother keeps you around for an extra two weeks because he's paranoid. Ironically, he never comes to visit you. Your sister does, she talk about all sorts of weird things. She has a boyfriend, and lots of friends, so you don't know why she's talking to you. The last thing from her mouth is that she's planning on running away from home. You don't take her seriously as you fade into a dreamless sleep. Fifteen Years: Your sister runs away from home and your brother is crying with his fiance. You didn't even know he had a girlfriend, let alone a fiance. Truthfully, you didn't notice anything outside of your brother. It almost makes you feel embarrassed, almost. You spend a while searching for your sister, but she's gone. Pretty much for forever you figure, you doubt she's coming back. You don't dare tell your brother that though. He's already crying his poor little heart out. Wrapping your arms around him in an awkward hug you hope it makes him feel a little better. Almost smugly, you grin at his soon-to-be-wife. She scowls at you. Your brother gets married, you're unsure of how you feel about it. Of course, your the best man. You shoot a smirk at you brother's best friend and he laughs, you end up grinning like a fool. You've always liked you brother's best friend, he's fun to be around. Now, your brother's now wife - your sister in-law - not so much. There isn't a specific reason to dislike her, but there isn't a reason to like her either. You'd prefer if she wasn't in the picture at all. Sixteen Years: Your brother has his first kid, he's named after you. You can't help but feel a little smug about it. The kid's name is Richard Austin Knight, both names were suggested by you. Take that bitch. The bitch being the woman who married your brother. Obviously, you still don't like your brother's wife. She dumps their kid on you too many times during the week and you swear you catch a hickey on her neck. You assume she's cheating, but every time you try and tell your brother he brushes it off. Really, you're surprised he's not pissed off at you. Eventually, you get sick and tired of sharing a house with the whore. You run away from home, to your brother's best friend's house. You live there now, your brother doesn't bother finding you because he knows where you are. Slowly, you start looking at your brother's best friend as less of a second brother but as a man. You swear to yourself you're not going homo. Seventeen Years: You're a Knight, a Knight of Arceus. Less because you want to and more because your brother's best friend is a Knight of Arceus. You tell yourself it's because you want to learn the badass ways of villians and just get away with shit you normally wouldn't as part of the neutral party. Yeah, you're not kidding yourself either. OTHER There is one way to summarize Austin and his sunglasses, chromophobia. Say whatever you want about his sunglasses, he never goes anywhere without them and he goes so far as to sleep with them on as well. He's not looking to get over his fear (more like he's too chicken to get over it) so don't bug him about his shades. Oh, and don't touch them either, that will get you a swift kick to the head. At one point in his life, Austin really, really liked his brother. More than a brother should like his older brother. He never really went anywhere with those feelings other than hating on his brother's wife, but he's moved on from that. He's staying with his brother's long time friend and honestly, he thinks he's falling for him. Which really can't be a good sign.
