Well... He did warn them. You couldn't deny that. Oh wait. You don't even know what you are denying. See it all started with Parker making his way through Castelia City, taking a break from his mission and deciding to enjoy the sights. The city was busy as ever and the man had to give a few 'excuse me's when he bumped into the many businessmen and women, ultimately calming their sudden fears upon meeting the rather punk looking man. He had to admit, he certainly looked like someone who got into trouble a lot. But he didn't think that made him scary. He supposed it would be useful for those times when people needed to be scared but still, no reason for people to freak out over a little bump. But eventually, to avoid the crowds, the man made his way down an empty alleyway. Well, at least he thought it was empty!
He wasn't sure if they did this to everybody who made their way down there or if he was just special. Regardless, he was met with a couple of thugs, effectively blocking his path and keeping him from going any further. "Where do you think you're goin', pal?" one of them asked, smirking. "Down the alley of course." he spoke in a matter-of-fact tone. "And maybe find a bar or something. Grab a chick or two before the nights over. So many possibilities in the city you know! But thanks for asking." he grinned innocently, obviously not taking the situation as seriously as these cue-balls would have liked. "And what makes you think we are just goin' to let you waltz down our alley, huh?" he'd continued in a slightly more threatening tone, trying to imply just how in control he thought he was. "Heh, 'our' alley? I didn't see your name on it." he offered with a shrug, humoring them a bit. "I see you are going for the 'shit dump' look. Very nice! But if you'll excuse me, I'll be going now." he continued, stepping forward to make his way only to be grabbed by the collar and shoved against the wall. He had to give the guy some credit, even though he sucked horribly at intimidating him, he was still trying to act bad. He had enough balls to keep at it. It wasn't going to get him anywhere though.
"You ain't goin' nowhere! Now empty your pockets and nobody has to get hurt." he threatened, brandishing a knife and pressing it against his neck. Parker simply groaned, eyes rolling and only angering the attacker more, causing the blade to dig in a bit uncomfortably. "How about you put the knife back in your pocket and back off so I wont have to hurt you and your friend here?" he simply offered casually, his hands actually resting in his pockets. He was either really calmed or had been in this situation enough already to not be fazed anymore. The men simply laughed though. "Alright, funny guy. I'm the one holding the knife so I make the suggestions, capice? Now I wont ask nicely again, empty your fucking pockets." Parker shrugged again, releasing an exasperated sigh. "You asked for it." he simply stated.
In what seemed like no time, Parker stood in the middle of the alleyway, one man bloody and bruised, leaning against the wall, the other lying face first on the ground, a knife lying next to his broken arm. They were still both alive and breathing. Just knocked out and would likely be for a while. Perhaps the punishment would be enough to keep them from acting up anymore, at the very least for a day or two so others could pass by without trouble. He did the city a service, taking care of these two goons. He chuckled at the thought before reaching up to his face, wiping off the blood from a gash. He didn't come out unfazed either. But he was certainly better off than the other guys. Just a few cuts and bruises. "I could really use that drink now." he said to himself as he wiped the blood off his pants, stepping over one of the men and continuing down the alley like nothing had even happened. With how preoccupied the rest of the city was, it might as well been. He wasn't sure there were any witnesses. Which would be lovely. He didn't feel like being taken in. Even if he did just fight in self defense. Ah well. Whatever happened, happened. But for now, he was determined to get that drink, heading off to the nearest bar he could come across. He'd take care of his injuries later.
